Your Role

  • Provide 1-on-1, 45-minute outpatient sessions, both in-person and via secure hybrid technology
  • Treat orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
  • Help provide personalized care plans and home exercise programs supported by Joint Academy tools
  • Educate and motivate patients to stay engaged in their rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with PTs and support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Opportunities for growth into additional roles

Qualifications

  • Active Washington State PTA License (Required)
  • Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinical experience preferred
  • CPR Certification (Required)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Interest in technology and hybrid models of patient care
  • Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based treatment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000-$80,000/year
