Spartan Contracting Corporation is seeking a Project Superintendent with extensive experience in group-up commercial builds to join our team. Experience in banks, health facilities, retail/big box, data center and convenience/fuel or other complex designs is desired. The Project Superintendent will coordinate and manage assigned job site activities for projects in the Greater Tampa Bay and Central Florida regions. Additionally, the Project Superintendent collaborates with project managers, other superintendents, engineers, architects, owner/vendor suppliers and other field personnel to deliver a successful project on time and on budget with the desired level of quality.

Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite/Regional) Candidates must be based in the Greater Gulf Bay or Western Florida area or be willing to relocate within 120 days of employment.

Travel Required: Frequent Travel Required; Travel to other regions may be required to support other team members and meet project priorities.
Salary Range: $60,000-$90,000.00 per year (based on experience
Position Type: Full-Time

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Valid Drivers License and Passing MVR, Drug Screen and Background Check
• Willingness to travel frequently and work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
