We are a real estate group established in the Romandy region of Switzerland since 18XX with agencies in Geneva, Coppet, Nyon, Pully, Vevey, Fribourg, Sion, and Neuchâtel. In the context of our business development, we wish to hire, for our Pully agency, a future Technical Manager. Job description: Establishing entry and exit conditions, as well as technical inspections and ensuring the proper management of the portfolio based on the owners' instructions and directives. Management and execution of maintenance work, and evaluation of the properties in view of their administration and handling of telephone calls. Establishment and follow-up of purchase orders and estimates. Management and follow-up of claims. Processing offers: A diverse position within a family group and close collaboration with an autonomous team of work X with the different stakeholders of partner companies in a pleasant working environment. 5 weeks of vacation plus 6 weeks after 5 years of service. Flexible hours from 6:30 am to teleworking possible from the end of the probationary period. Requirements: A solid experience as a technical manager within a real estate management company, knowledge of Quorum, X mastery of tools, and being organized. Driver's license.
