Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:

• Property & Casualty licensure is a minimum requirement. Life & Health licensure is a requirement for this position. We pay for all licensure training, licensing fees and license renewals.

• Previous insurance sales or client-facing experience is highly preferred.

• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.

• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.

• Must be tech savvy.

• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Must be motivated and determined.

• Must be coachable.

• Must be outgoing & willing to have fun

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative

• Work alongside agent and team to execute and exceed agency business planning goals.

• Develop insurance quotes, set appointments, conduct insurance & financial reviews and close sales.

• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support includes ongoing customer servicing).

• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients.
