Summary:

Responsible for the management of the Warehouse Department and personnel, as assigned. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the MNGE's policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. Escalate issues or provide pertinent information to immediate Supervisor for resolution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the receipt, storage, delivery and inspection of all items received at the receiving dock and stored in the warehouse.

  2. Follow established policies and procedures for the inspection of incoming materials against order and specification for correctness and defects and arrange for return of defective material.

  3. Follow established policies and procedures, timely inventory levels & delivery, and safety regulations for coordinating the requisition of materials from the warehouse to user departments.

  4. Responsible for transferring and transporting all materials from Warehouse to user departments.

  5. Follow established policies and procedures to insure that the warehouse facilities are kept clean, safe and orderly at all times.

  6. Provides exceptional customer service and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.

  7. Assist in evaluating staff on productivity, work habits and quality of work, carries out disciplinary measures as necessary, and ensures staff are properly trained/scheduled to provide the highest quality job performance.

  8. Assist with resolution of disputes; reports, documentation, or inventory costs/levels as required.

  9. Oversees procedures and directs personnel in the efficient operation of the warehouse.

  10. Recommend changes in equipment or facilities that would improve service and\or efficiency of the operations.

  11. Instructs personnel in safety policies and procedures; ensures organization, safety, quality control systems and inventory levels are in place and accurate; adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

  12. Recommends changes in the operation including hiring, promotion, demotion, or release of personnel; approves and recommends wage and salary changes for personnel changes.

  13. Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.

  14. Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma; Associate's Degree preferred; and/or combination of education & experience.

EXPERIENCE

1 year manager experience required; previous customer service, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

Key positions require knowledge and application of Title 31 reporting requirements.

Valid Oklahoma Driver's License and tow motor experience.

Food Handlers License required.

Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license as required.
