We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a commitment to **safety** and operational excellence. You will coordinate with various departments, manage inbound and outbound **logistics**, and ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and **PPE** guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management systems and a proven ability to **lift** and move materials as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accuracy of records.
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of products.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts and **logistics** processes.
- Ensure compliance with all **safety** regulations, including the proper use of **PPE**.
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and **safety** protocols.
- Coordinate with transportation providers for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and arrange for maintenance as needed.
- Handle **lifting** and moving of packages up to 50 lbs.
- Resolve any operational issues that may arise.
