Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Sort and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Perform tasks involving frequent manual lifting and physical activity.
- Support overall logistics flow and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or general labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts.
- Willingness to adapt to varied work schedules and occasional overtime.
- Good communication skills.
