Our state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Durham, North Carolina, is seeking a motivated Order Picker to join our dedicated team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from our warehouse shelves according to customer orders, utilizing advanced picking technologies, and ensuring that orders are prepared for timely shipment. You will work with RF scanners and other modern warehouse equipment to maintain optimal inventory accuracy and efficiency. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to exceeding customer expectations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting and movement of various products. Your safety is our highest priority; therefore, you must strictly adhere to all safety protocols and consistently use the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
