We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in San Francisco, California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other machinery to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse. You will ensure that all inventory is handled with care and accuracy, contributing to overall operational success.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to Safety protocols and procedures.
- Must wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
