Become a key player as a Fulfillment Associate at our cutting-edge facility in Nashville, Tennessee! This role is central to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers by accurately and efficiently processing online orders. You will be responsible for a range of tasks that ensure products reach their destinations on time and in perfect condition. As a Fulfillment Associate, your duties will include picking products from inventory, meticulously packing them for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. We are dedicated to maintaining a secure and supportive atmosphere where every team member's contribution is valued. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and verify items for customer orders from various warehouse locations.
- Inspect products for quality before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection during transit.
- Generate shipping labels and ensure accurate order documentation.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all guidelines.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners safely.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures meticulously.
- Proper utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential for all tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is a strong asset.
- Capability to handle physical demands, including frequent Lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety practices.
- Understanding of e-commerce Logistics is beneficial.
