Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Operate scanning equipment and other warehouse tools as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks when required.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and accuracy in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
