Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against documentation.
- Accurately store and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders with precision based on customer requirements.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging for transport.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and proficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to established safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Support the overall efficiency of our logistics flow.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles and inventory control.
- Willingness to strictly follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE at all times.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
