Job Summary:
Are you an organized and efficient individual looking for a Picker/Packer role in Boston, Massachusetts? Our busy logistics hub is seeking motivated team members to accurately pick and pack orders for shipment. This role is crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining the accuracy and speed of our order fulfillment process. You will work closely with inventory systems and product handling, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists or scanners.
  • Pack picked items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Verify order accuracy against customer requests before packing.
  • Label packages correctly for shipping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
  • Follow all company Safety guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as stocking or cycle counting.
  • Perform tasks that involve Lifting of products, typically up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in picking and packing or general warehouse work is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and understand order instructions.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, reach, and perform required Lifting.
  • A strong commitment to workplace Safety.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment is beneficial.
  • Team player mentality with good communication skills.
