We're hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our Virginia Beach, Virginia location! In this role, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations, responsible for a variety of tasks including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will ensure that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Strictly follow all procedures for the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
- Handle tasks involving Lifting of products, up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to overall team goals and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order fulfillment instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform required Lifting throughout the shift.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all workplace regulations.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
