Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, ensuring that all items are accounted for and prepared for shipment. Your primary goal will be to contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center, maintaining high standards of productivity and accuracy. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using a handheld scanner or order sheet.
  • Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
  • Package items securely and safely for shipment, using appropriate materials.
  • Label packages correctly with shipping information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, such as stocking shelves or assisting with inventory.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
  • Ensure proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Be prepared for Lifting requirements, which may involve lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand order sheets and product labels.
  • Basic math skills for quantity verification.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and inventory systems is beneficial.
