We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. We prioritize safety and expect all team members to adhere to strict safety guidelines. This role involves frequent lifting and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory accurately.
- Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare shipments for transportation, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely (certification may be required or provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs, on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to wear required PPE.
