We are hiring a Forklift Operator for our facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is vital to our daily logistics and requires an individual dedicated to operational excellence and unwavering commitment to safety . You will operate forklifts to manage the movement of inventory, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of trucks, and accurate placement of goods within the warehouse. The position demands physical stamina for frequent Lifting and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Adherence to all company safety protocols and the correct usage of PPE are mandatory. Responsibilities include performing routine checks on equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and collaborating with the warehouse team to achieve daily targets. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various types of forklifts to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and containers.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated storage areas.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure operational readiness and safety .
- Accurately record inventory movements and update system data.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, free from obstructions.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
- Handle tasks requiring significant Lifting and physical exertion.
- Contribute to the efficiency of our logistics network.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Forklift Operator.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control principles.
- Demonstrated ability to perform manual Lifting and work in a physically demanding role.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proficiency with PPE .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain practices.
