Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in San Antonio, Texas! We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to contribute to our fast-paced logistics operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our facility. You will be responsible for various tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming materials and compare packing slips with items received.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified and trained).
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety.
