Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations.
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring no damage.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Replenish picking locations with stock as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Utilize required PPE correctly and consistently.
- Assist with shipping documentation and readiness.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform Lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Commitment to adhering to Safety regulations.
