Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager – Retail, the Key Account Coordinator will support the development and implementation of customer activations to increase brand exposures in Grocery, On-Premise, TBS, LCBO, Big Box & Convenience channels by coordinating brand education programming, and lead sampling initiatives. The Key Account Coordinator ideally resides in the GTA or Toronto with the ability to travel regularly in Toronto, the brewery and across Ontario."

Responsibilities: 

  • Working closely with the marketing team to develop and deliver customer specific and channel specific tools to enhance Muskoka Brewery's brand exposure programming 
  • Lead with sales and marketing to assist in developing winning strategies in market, including market programming and engaging in community focused initiatives 
  • Work with Senior Key Account Manager - Retail to align program calendars and strategies to support brand marketing and sales objectives 
  • Lead on field educational program initiatives and work closely with the brewery and sales team for successful execution. 
  • Work with our 3rd party and internal sampling teams to ensure training, activation team management and complete a post assessment for all applicable channel programs ensuring projects are on track with proposed budgets and 3rd party relations effectiveness 
  • Maintain dashboard and product data to accurately monitor and track program execution and effectiveness; work with the team to provide follow-up analysis and insights 
  • Develop our annual voucher program, managing the distribution and analyze the program's effectiveness  
  • Actively participate in events and coordinate and implement marquis customer events that are on-brand  
  • Work with the Senior Key Account Manager to develop promotions and events to ensure brand standards 
  • Work with Senior Key Account & Key Account Manager to ensure timely and accurate product/programming submissions across various channels.
  • Work closely with Senior Key Account &  Key Account Managers to procure, kit & distribute yearly point of sale material

Qualifications:

  • University/College degree in a related field 
  • At least 2 years of sales or marketing experience in the alcohol industry preferred 
  • Proven ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills to manage various priorities and deadlines. 
  • Strong analytical skills to measure executional program effectiveness with fluency in various data software systems including MS excel 
  • Thirst for continuous improvement. Ability to see the need and provide recommendations to aid in various channel supports and marketing initiatives 
  • Authentic Brand Ambassador. Strong track record of building and maintaining both internal and external relationships in representing our people and brand 
  • Goal Oriented. Experience managing teams through multiple phases of creative work from concept through production while mindfully executing on schedule 
  • Excellent communication skills to build consensus and maintain positive internal and external relationships  
  • Passion for our brand and desire to own creative design and advertising in with a strategic, long-term mindset. 
  • Regular travel across our Ontario territories is required
