The Specialist, Design is responsible for developing high‑quality visual assets that support digital marketing, brand initiatives and enterprise-wide communications. This role requires strong expertise in digital ad creation (static and video), social media content support, image editing, and general design production. The ideal candidate brings a high level of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a demonstrated interest in emerging creative technologies, including the use of AI tools in design workflows.
What can you expect in this role?
- Design and produce static and video-based digital advertisements for paid media channels including display, paid social, and programmatic platforms.
- Adapt creative assets for multiple formats, placements, and audience requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, performance objectives, and channel specifications.
- Develop visual assets for corporate and campaign-driven social media activity.
- Support content calendars through timely delivery of graphics, resized formats, motion assets, and short-form video.
- Maintain consistent brand expression across all social media materials.
- Execute ad hoc design assignments across the organization, including presentations, email graphics, web assets, banners, and other materials as required.
- Perform detailed image editing, including retouching, color correction, and compositing.
- Maintain file management, version control, and adherence to internal production workflows.
- Demonstrate curiosity and openness toward AI-enabled creative tools to enhance efficiency and output quality.
- Stay informed on emerging design technologies and propose opportunities to integrate new tools into existing processes.
- Utilize Jira to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of all creative outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to clarify requirements, prioritize workloads, and communicate project status.
What do you bring to the role?
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or related creative discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Demonstrated experience producing digital advertisements across static and video formats.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design capabilities, visual problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
- Experience creating assets for social media platforms.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand systems.
- Experience utilizing AI creative tools (or a strong curiosity to explore)
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation principles.
- Experience working within complex brand guidelines or multi-channel marketing environments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and openness to learning new tools, technologies, and design approaches.
Salary Range: $59,300 - $109,200
