Role Overview:
As an Operations & Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with analytics, technology, and data governance professionals to deliver projects. This role requires strong professionalism and exceptional attention to detail—deliverables are shared with senior leaders, so data quality, clean formatting, and clear communication are critical. You'll coordinate data collection, validate and organize inputs using a variety of tools and technologies and support reporting outputs with comprehensive presentations.
Responsibilities:
• Review, validate, and reconcile incoming data for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and update data repositories, reports, presentations while aligning to data governance best practices and company policies.
• Assist with preparing executive-facing reporting decks in PowerPoint (polished formatting, charts, and narrative support).
• Support process documentation and improvement projects as needed.
• Facilitate team and client facing meetings including agenda development, action-item tracking, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain organized documentation that provides a clear audit trail for data sources, assumptions utilized, and changes implemented in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, business, technology, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office tools including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including structuring data tables, utilizing formulas, and developing Pivot tables and complex customized charts.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx are an asset.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project is an asset.
• Highly professional communicator with exceptional attention to detail and a quality-control mindset.
