Due to our long term and sustained growth, we are currently looking for a full time Sales Administration Assistant to join our Sales Department.
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Office operations. This role involves providing exceptional clerical and customer service support, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have Shipping/Export skills, computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with office management tools. Prior experience in Shipping/Export is a preferred. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily Domestic and International Shippers/Couriers for pickup and delivery of our product to our customers
- Work with Warehouse and Production Coordinator for delivery schedules
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Prepare shipping documents to be entered into the Companies database and also upload into courier's portal
- Support administrative activities such as filing and record keeping.
- Provide support by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Support Sales Administration department by providing backup when required
Experience
- Prior office experience preferred, especially in Shipping/Export industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing proficiency
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
