Location: Towcester – Onsite
Salary: Starting at £41,336+ based on experience
What You’ll Be Doing:As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring product quality and driving operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inspections at every stage to guarantee product quality, from goods-inwards to final release testing.
- Maintaining essential manufacturing records, including risk assessments and chemical inventories, to support safe operations.
- Leading technical problem-solving initiatives, including Material Review Boards and tooling reviews.
- Assisting with bids for standard products and managing calibration processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
Essential:
- Proven experience in Manufacturing Engineering, with hands-on involvement in continuous improvement and production line troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a quick learner who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance processes, including compliance with ISO standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions swiftly.
Desirable:
- HNC/HND or degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
