Your Role

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager who can inspire and lead with passion in a large or high-profile store. If you have a history of guiding large teams to achieve outstanding commercial results, a self-driven and proactive mindset, and a talent for coaching and developing others, we would love to hear from you!

In this role, you will:

  • Lead your team to deliver both individual and team objectives, driving revenue while ensuring a great customer experience.
  • Communicate with stakeholders across the business to ensure a clear strategy and support for your store.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on both financial and behavioral KPIs.
  • Capitalize on new retail opportunities.
