We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects within our organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and organizational standards. *Responsibilities*
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects utilizing Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies to meet organizational goals.
* Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, risk management strategies, and resource allocation using tools such as Microsoft Project and Project management software.
* Coordinate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria while ensuring alignment with IT governance standards.
* Manage project schedules through tools like TFS (Team Foundation Server), VersionOne, Jira, and SharePoint to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.
* Oversee the development of test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and test-driven development processes to ensure quality assurance throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
* Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams including software development, database administrators (SQL, Oracle), IT infrastructure specialists, and business units to ensure seamless project implementation.
* Conduct release management activities including deployment planning, disaster recovery procedures, and post-implementation reviews to optimize project outcomes.
* Track project performance metrics using Visio for process mapping and analysis skills to identify areas for improvement.
* Lead program management efforts by coordinating multiple projects aligned with enterprise-wide objectives while managing stakeholder expectations through negotiation and effective communication skills.
*Experience*
* Proven experience managing enterprise software projects within an IT environment utilizing Agile frameworks such as SAFe and Kanban.
* Extensive background in project management methodologies including PMBOK standards and the SDLC process.
* Strong familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS along with IT infrastructure components such as databases (SQL/Oracle) and disaster recovery strategies.
* Demonstrated ability to utilize project scheduling tools including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, TFS, VersionOne, Jira for effective planning and reporting.
* Experience in requirements gathering, analysis skills development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release management processes.
* Leadership experience overseeing multiple projects or programs simultaneously while maintaining organizational skills and time management excellence.
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement across technical teams and executive leadership.
* Knowledge of IT governance standards coupled with strong negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships or third-party services effectively. Pay: $71,254.14 - $85,811.44 per year
