We offer you a position in a dynamic work environment within an industrial site in full development where our mission is the summary of the position. As a Maintenance Technician 3x8, you ensure the maintenance of production lines, strictly adhering to safety, hygiene, and environmental rules. Your role involves preventive and corrective maintenance actions as well as active participation in technical projects of the lines. We invite you to take on this challenge within the department. A day in the life of a Maintenance Technician involves performing technical interventions, both corrective and preventive (mechanical, electrical), and writing intervention reports. Analyze failures and propose actions: methods of work (e.g., maintenance plans) and update technical procedures. Carry out equipment revisions. Inform the X system based on the activities performed (SAP). Ensure the transfer of know-how and technical knowledge to maintain continuous improvement in the sector in collaboration with specialists from the department (TPM method). Implement and promote a safety culture: use of PPEs, LOTO, report hazardous conditions, participate in risk analyses, and promote a culture of quality: respect for work procedures, hygiene, and food safety rules, which will lead to your success. A CFC of mechanic-electrician, or an X diploma. Absolute intolerance for dangerous conditions (for people or products). Mastery of standard tools. Autonomy and analytical and synthesis mind. Dynamism and resilience to stress related to production line connectivity.
