Why this position will excite you As a Back-end Developer, you will play a key role in the development and evolution of our internal tools and solutions. You will be responsible for: Designing, developing, and maintaining robust, high-performance, scalable back-end services. Contributing to technical decisions and system architecture. Interacting closely with other teams and participating in the evolution of solutions. Collaborating directly with all departments within the company to successfully carry out projects. Proposing and autonomously managing the design of cutting-edge products. Your main responsibilities Developing and maintaining the technical components of LB&Partners solutions. Together with the Technical Director, you will participate in managing infrastructure and security aspects. Working on security, performance, and resilience of stable, scalable, and secure APIs. Participating in technical design and architecture reviews. Ensuring compatibility with existing databases. Interfacing with external solutions. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Your profile We are looking for a developer passionate about reliable back-end systems. General requirements: 1 to 3 years of professional experience. Excellent understanding of server & API concepts. Mastery of at least one modern back-end language. Solid foundations in data structures, architecture, and algorithms. Proficiency in a database or NoSQL. Demonstrated knowledge of cloud containerized infrastructure. Good understanding of Git and workflows to document clean and structured code. Mastery of key design principles. Rigor, autonomy, reliability, and teamwork spirit. Technical skills: / Python. Interfaces: Databases: PostgreSQL, Elastic. CI/CD: GitLab CI, GitHub. Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes. Testing: Unit tests, and integration tests. Strong interest in Industry or Data Science. Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment. Working under ISO methodology. Knowledge of SAP. Knowledge in Machine Learning and AI. Why join us?
