Compensation Pay Range: $22.05 - $25.55. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job. Additional compensation may include annual and quarterly performance bonuses or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks performed. Job Overview: Join our team as an Inbound Materials Handler, where your principal role will be to ensure accurate handling of incoming products, which in turn maintains our robust inventory system. We prioritize safety and best practices in everything we do! Key Responsibilities: Adhere to safety standards while identifying and addressing unsafe practices. Efficiently unload various types of merchandise from trailers and trucks. Match skid or box counts with Proof of Delivery documents, noting any discrepancies. Accurately place products in specified areas on the dock and document Vendor Compliance issues as needed. Receive products, stock items from vendors, manage returns, and handle warehouse transfers and small package shipments. Store products correctly in various locations, both at ground level and up to 72 inches, using powered equipment as necessary. Research and resolve discrepancies, ensuring corrections are made and batches are closed to release products to inventory. Follow instructions to retrieve products from reserve locations, and replace them accurately after handling. Take on the role of a trainer if designated, ensuring that new team members are effectively trained and that all documentation is complete. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required: Basic computer skills. Ability to pass a company-standardized test. Teamwork-oriented mindset. Fast and accurate reading and matching of numerical and alphabetical characters. Preferred: High school diploma or GED. Experience in a warehouse setting with alphanumeric or RF directed stocking.
