Highmark Health Job Summary As a GRC Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in crafting, developing, and executing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) architecture and technology solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to Highmark Health's mission by ensuring our GRC offerings meet the diverse needs of our stakeholders while boosting operational capabilities. You will work collaboratively across departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within GRC processes. Essential Responsibilities Design, define, and enhance business processes, risk management, and compliance functions through cutting-edge technology solutions.
Specify requirements and architect GRC technology systems, balancing functionality with high service quality.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and ensure alignment concerning GRC process automation.
Gather and analyze detailed requirements to create comprehensive design solutions that address customer and technological needs.
Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, facilitating engagement and managing stakeholder expectations.
Stay current in the field and provide insights on GRC technology and process enhancements.
Implement and advocate for innovative training strategies related to GRC process automation and digital transformation.
Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Substitutions 6 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Experience Required 3 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance Technology, preferably in healthcare. 1 year in IT discipline, Process Improvement, and System Architecture. Proficiency in Archer Development is essential. Preferred
(any of the following) 1 year with Archer Governance Risk and Compliance suite. 1 year with SailPoint Access and Data Governance solutions. 1 year in Java/Web Development. 1 year in an Enterprise Architect role. Licenses or Certifications Required None. Preferred
(any of the following) Certified Information System Auditor (CISA). Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Archer Certified Professional (ACP). Governance of Enterprise IT (CEGIT). Skills Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Knowledge of risk management frameworks and processes specific to the healthcare industry. Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse audiences. Ability to develop relationships and influence others within a matrix organization. Critical experience with Archer Development. Travel Requirements: 0% - 25% Physical, Mental Demands and Working Conditions This position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to various work sites required. The role may include teaching or training others. Pay Range Minimum:
$57,700.00 Pay Range Maximum:
