Towercraft UK Ltd is seeking an experienced
Sales Specialist
to support the commercial growth of our robotic faade cleaning and building-maintenance solutions across the UK. This role is focused on
B2B consultative sales
, working closely with building owners, facilities management companies, consultants, and main contractors. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting technical demonstrations and proposals in collaboration with our operations and engineering teams. This is a
field-based role
, involving client meetings, site visits, and occasional travel across the UK. Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities for Towercrafts robotic faade cleaning and maintenance systems
Build and manage relationships with FM companies, property managers, developers, consultants, and contractors
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical briefings to understand project requirements
Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders
Coordinate live demonstrations and pilot projects with operations and technical teams
Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking using CRM tools
Support contract negotiations and assist with closing sales
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
Represent Towercraft professionally at meetings, demonstrations, and industry events
Contribute to sales strategy development and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum
5 years experience
in B2B sales, preferably within:
Facilities Management
Building services
Construction or property sector
Industrial or technical solutions
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions clearly
Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes
Confident in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation
CRM experience and structured reporting habits
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel across the UK for client meetings and site visits
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Right to work in the UK
