Digital R-E-D is a startup operation. With lots of opportunity to grow and learn on the job. We are looking to fill an IT Urban Mining Driver position that is flexible with home-work balance.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a truck drive with a minimum Class C License to safely drive a 26" box truck for transportation, delivery and pick up of materials from customer locations to R-E-D facility. We are very flexible with day(s) of the week that can be worked. We are looking for a part-time or full-time driver.
Essential Job Functions
- Must comply with all applicable local, State and Federal DOT requirements.
- Responsible for safely transporting materials locally and out of state.
- Safely operates vehicles, trailers and equipment in and out of facility.
- Picks up materials from customer locations and transports to facility or other locations as assigned.
- Complete pre-trip and post trip inspection on vehicles and trailers.
- Maintains clean transportation equipment by cleaning daily.
- Assist the team and customers in loading/unloading trucks or trailers.
- Perform and record preventative inspections and maintenance on forklifts and other equipment when not driving.
- When not driving, responsible for performing other facility duties including material handling and general production operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license: Class C for drivers operating 26' box truck
- Working knowledge of all transportation equipment.
- Working knowledge of all DOT requirements.
- Ability to read, write, speak English.
- Ability to read, interpret and navigate using various map publications.
- Basic computer skills
- Self-motivated and work independently
- Ability to safely work in an outdoor atmosphere consisting of varying temperature and conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Ability to read and interpret applicable DOT and OSHA/safety rules.

We are looking for a part-time or full-time driver. We are flexible for part-time schedules and can work with you to establish which day(s)/hours work best for you.
