Quality Inspector

We are seeking a Quality Inspector / CMM Operator to support our quality and inspection activities in a precision CNC machining environment. This role focuses on inspection, measurement, and quality support to ensure customer requirements are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a hand-on manufacturing setting.

This is not a management role, but an important shop-floor position supporting daily production quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of machines parts
• Operate and assist with CMM inspections
• Use precision measuring equipment (CMM, calipers, micrometers, height gages, indicators, etc.)
• Verify parts meet print and customer requirements
• Complete inspection records and documentation as required
• Assist with general quality-related tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and tolerances
• Familiarity with basic inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working independently and following established procedures
• CMM experience using PC-DMIS is preferred, but not required
