Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through engaging conversations
• Conduct compelling product demos to highlight features, benefits, and new innovations in wireless technology
• Assist customers with selecting suitable plans, devices, and accessories to meet their lifestyle requirements
• Upsell additional products and services confidently to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic retail math calculations
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure stock levels are replenished regularly
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments, ensuring clear communication at all times

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering procedures, and retail math basics
• Experience in merchandising, stocking shelves, or working in grocery store environments is advantageous
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
