As a Heavy Excavator Operator in our Construction Division, you'll play a key role on commercial and agricultural construction projects. You'll run GPS-equipped equipment, travel to different job sites, and work with a strong, team-focused crew.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

• Master the Machines: Operate and monitor excavators, bulldozers, loaders, skid steers, haul trucks, and more to deliver top-quality construction results.
• Hands-On Site Work: Perform pipe laying, fine grading, laser-controlled grading, and other precision construction tasks.
• Think & Act Safely: Follow standardized construction procedures, conduct pre-operation checks, and ensure safety regulations are always met.
• Team Up for Success: Work closely with construction managers and laborers to complete projects on time and on budget.
• Pitch In Where Needed: Step into laborer tasks to keep construction jobs on track.
• Stay Organized: Keep equipment and construction worksites clean, safe, and ready for action.

• Proven ability to operate heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills

Pay & Benefits:

Pay: Base Pay – $35.00–$40.00/hour (based on experience)
