What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate a variety of marketing projects, ranging from basic to complex integrated marketing programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project details and summarize essential information
• Lead kickoff and status meetings for complex projects, creating tickets for tasks to be performed
• Develop detailed schedules and set deadlines for various project stages
• Monitor and manage tasks for the brand, creative, and content teams to ensure deadlines are met

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience administering Jira and Atlassian products
• Strong understanding of Jira workflows, permission schemes, and project configurations
• 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a traffic manager or similar role
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Jira automation and scripting
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of project management standards and best practices
• Ability to interact effectively with executive-level clients
• Advanced skills in project management software, such as MS Project
