Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Fishers. The individual in this role will handle daily client interactions, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer support. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining positive customer experiences, managing phone and in-person communication, and supporting various operational tasks to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all patients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support, Satisfaction, and Service
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
• Ability to create exceptional Customer Experiences and address concerns empathetically
• Facilitate doctor referrals, insurance authorizations
• Follow up on marketing leads via digital tools and resilience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with Microsoft and Google platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus but not required
