Sales Associate

Job Summary:

Sales Associates of Myxed Up Creations, are primarily responsible for delivering "The Myxed Up Experience" by providing outstanding customer service, generating sales, maintaining product knowledge, and cultivating a positive environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delivering the Myxed Up Experience, by connecting with customers, being professional and friendly, actively seeking out customers in store. Identifying their needs through conversation, and handling customer issues or complaints with empathy and patience.

• Working with your team to create a positive and friendly atmosphere.

• Maintaining solid product knowledge, awareness of promotions, and utilizing upselling techniques.

• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising and complying with inventory control procedures.

• Keeping all areas of the store clean and orderly, processing and replenishing merchandise.

• Answering the store phone in accordance with established guidelines.

• Operating Point of Sale system.

• Adhering to all Company policies and procedures.

• Exhibiting regular dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Performing other duties or assignments as required.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years Previous customer service/ sales experience.

• 2+ years cash handling experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

• The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of platforms utilized by the Company.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must have High school diploma or equivalent.

• Capable of operating all equipment necessary to perform the job.

• Available to work varied hours/days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
