This is a hybrid high-level Executive Assistant role with upward trajectory to COO and a present need to fulfill Personal Assistant duties. This position is designed for someone with a get-it-done attitude who can think strategically, execute decisively, manage business operations and handle support tasks with excellence.This role is ideal for an experienced professional who has supported senior leadership, helped build out entrepreneurial businesses, and is ready to operate as a true right-hand.
Key Responsibilities
- Project management and executing on creative vision in a systemic and efficient manner.
- Grant sourcing and writing.
- Help build and operate multiple entrepreneurial businesses.
- Managing media on multiple social media platforms.
- Strategically plan and coordinate projects/events ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Act as a strategic right hand to the Creative, managing priorities, calendars, and workflows and administrative duties.
- Be the point of contact for team members and other important business matters.
- Own day-to-day business and personal operations.
- Maintain systems for records, contracts, accounting, and administrative operations.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel (including packing/unpacking).
- Coordinate rehearsals, auditions, interviews, and media logistics.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment
- Knowledge of the entertainment industry or creative environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and a "get-it-done" attitude.
- Passion for the arts and supporting creative visionaries.
- Create and design pitch decks.
- Serve as Personal Assistant to the executive, managing day-to-day personal logistics, errands, household coordination, and schedule support.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar hybrid role
- Strong ability to operate independently and make sound decisions
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with high profile clientele both orally and written.
- Ability to resolve complex situations in an effective and efficient manner.
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Reliable transportation; comfortable driving throughout Los Angeles
- Extreme schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and travel
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities seamlessly
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid passport required
- Ability to work on-site, remotely, or in a hybrid setup as needed, with access to reliable high-speed internet for remote work.
- Immediate availability preferred
Schedule & Commitment
- Must have on call schedule availability and flexibility.
- Highly dynamic schedule.
- Occasional out-of-town travel required.
Pay: $60, $75,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in North Hollywood, CA 91601
