About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Warehouse Manager
to oversee our daily logistics and inventory operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that goods flow in and out of our facility with maximum efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can balance "big picture" strategy with hands-on floor management.

Qualifications & Essential Skills:

years of management experience

years of warehouse experience

Forklift certification

Reachtruck or double reachtruck experience

Stock picker experience

Microsoft Word & Excel Proficient (Google Docs)

Strong leadership & Team Management

Organization & Muli-tasking skills

Problem solving & Decision-making capabilities

Customer service skills (good communication skills)

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Oversight
:

Manage daily activities like receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching.

Inventory Control
:

Maintain stock accuracy, conduct counts, and manage stock levels.

Staff Management
:

Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and appraise warehouse personnel.

Safety & Compliance
:

Enforce strict health, safety, security, and handling regulations.

Logistics Coordination
:

Liaise with transport companies, suppliers, and clients for timely deliveries.

Reporting
:

Produce regular reports on performance, inventory, and productivity.

Core Goal:

To ensure a smooth, cost-effective, and safe flow of goods, meeting customer demand while optimizing space and resources.
