We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and insight-driven Director, Data Insights & Analytics to lead our quantitative and qualitative analytics function across the brand. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, this leader will partner closely with Finance, Product, Operations, Wholesale, Digital, and Marketing to translate data into actionable strategies that fuel growth, optimize performance, and elevate decision-making across the business. This role will be hybrid (in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
This individual will play a critical role in shaping how we understand our customers, product performance, and end-to-end funnel—owning our insights ecosystem, identifying trends and opportunities, and delivering clear, sophisticated storytelling that influences priorities at the executive level. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong cross-functional collaboration, thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced luxury environment, and is passionate about building scalable analytics capabilities that drive measurable impact across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for both internal & external stakeholders,
- commanding a strong executive presence, leading cross-functional
- meetings, and driving strategic thinking
- Lead the roadmap and execution of data infrastructure that enables self-serve analysis and reporting across teams
- Manage external analytics agency partners, ensuring clear project scoping and prioritization of analytics engineering workflows
- Lead the development of operational & executive dashboards, reports, and tools to help monitor program growth and track results of recommendations
- Develop research frameworks to enable and support marketing and
- strategic initiatives, ensuring decisions are made with strong insight from
- customers to drive efficiency, and mitigate risks
- Monitor the day-to-day pulse of the business, including traffic,
- conversion, revenue and campaign performance
- Identify patterns or areas of opportunity to improve performance
- Drive data engagement and best practices across the organization to enable business users to effectively use data to drive decision making
- Own data accuracy monitoring and resolution across analytics systems (e.g. Snowflake, Looker, etc).
Skills & Expertise
- 7+ years experience in an analytical role
- High SQL, Excel, and presentation (Powerpoint or Google Slides) proficiency
- Dashboarding and data visualization skills (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with data modeling with modern data stack (Fivetran, dbt, etc)
- Experience working with events and marketing data preferred
- Experience with Shopify preferred
- Experience developing and deploying qualitative studies (e.g. surveys, user research, focus groups)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong executive presence and ability to synthesize data into insights at a high level
- Experience with big data planning
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners by leveraging data and insights
- Self-starter who is able deliver in a dynamic environment under tight timelines and changing priorities; must be "hands-on"

Salary Range: The Salary Range for this position is $150K to $180K, with exact salary depending on the location, prior work experience, and the assessment for one's fit of the role.
