Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and handle document proofreading
- Handle correspondence via email and phone with excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Assist with office management duties such organization of office space
- Support administrative tasks including typing, filing, and maintaining records
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries efficiently and courteously
- Support additional duties as needed to ensure efficient office operations
- Assist with patient check-ins and paperwork
- Provide exceptional support to both English and Spanish-speaking patients
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Proven experience in clerical roles, including front desk or medical receptionist positions
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
- Ability to manage calendar appointments and coordinate schedules efficiently
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing data accurately
- Customer service-oriented mindset with professional demeanor at all times
Pay: $ $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
