Job Overview
Top Cup is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, results-oriented Project Manager (PM) to oversee and coordinate our innovative projects from inception to completion. This role is critical to driving execution excellence across go-to-market activities, ensuring that deadlines are met, budgets are maintained, and cross-functional teams across the organization stay aligned. The PM will create structure and visibility around multiple concurrent projects, enabling Top Cup to grow rapidly and deliver on its commitments to partners, customers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Retail & National Accounts Strategy
· Project Planning, Management & Execution
- Build and manage a strategic project dashboard that supports the following:
- Development, management, and maintenance of detailed project plans, with clearly defined timelines and milestone trackers to support high-volume cup sales.
- Commercialization of new products, coordinating go-to-market launches encompassing new packaging development, marketing campaigns, and channel expansion activities.
- Creation of a central database of information that supports growth initiatives across the organization.
- Delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
· Cross-Functional Coordination
- Lead daily internal meetings on Microsoft Teams to drive close collaboration on key initiatives in real time.
- Serve as a central point of contact between sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure efficient communication, alignment, and timely deliverables.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, capture action items, and follow up to support accountability.
- Escalate risks or blockers early and propose solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies, promoting efficiency and excellence in project execution.
· Budget & Resource Management
- Assist in tracking project budgets and resource allocations, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial targets.
- Partner with finance and leadership teams to forecast project costs and optimize resource planning.
· Performance Reporting & Communication
- Provide regular project status updates to executive leadership, including key metrics, wins, risks, and next steps.
- Maintain clear documentation of project goals, deliverables, and post-mortem learnings for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of proven success in a project management role, preferably in sales, marketing, or CPG industries, with specific experience around the commercialization of a physical product.
- Strong understanding of the commercial and go-to-market processes, marketing campaigns, and sales operations.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to create order in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools (preferable ) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Project Management methodologies such as PMP, Scrum, or Agile, demonstrating a structured approach to project execution
- Experience launching or scaling sustainable or mission-driven consumer products.
- Background in premium, reusable drinkware, kitchenware, or beverage-adjacent categories
