Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations
- Conduct nightly audits of daily financial transactions, verifying accounts and preparing reports for management
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and guest requests promptly
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns, providing information about hotel amenities, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to uphold a secure environment during overnight shifts
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, processing payments, and documenting incidents or irregularities
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests
- Proven ability to handle night audit procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential
- Excellent guest services skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of resort operations and guest relations best practices is beneficial
