Job Summary
Ebony House Inc. is restarting its behavioral health program and seeking an experienced LPC Clinical Supervisor (Part-Time / Contract, 5–20 hours/week, evenings) to provide therapy and supervise non-licensed counselors and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs). Services include mental health and substance use therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy for mental health and substance use clients
- Conduct intakes and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise non-licensed counselors and BHTs
- Review and co-sign clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes
- Coordinate with psychiatrists for evaluations, prescribing, and medication follow-ups
- Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Active Arizona LPC license with eligibility to provide clinical supervision
- Experience providing therapy to youth, adolescents, or adults in behavioral health settings
- Experience supervising non-licensed counselors and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities for mental health and substance use treatment
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor and collaboratively with a clinical team
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $ $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
