Analyst
to join our core team. This is a rare opportunity to shape the analytical foundation of our product and influence our culture from day one.

What You’ll Do
Analyze user behavior to identify patterns that influence engagement, retention, and conversion.
Build dashboards and recurring reports that provide clear, actionable insights to product and growth teams.
Support A/B tests and growth experiments, including metric design and results interpretation.
Work closely with engineers and product managers to define data requirements and improve measurement frameworks.
Help establish best practices and contribute to building a data‑driven culture within Prachub.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or business analytics.
Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large data sets.
Experience with Python, R, or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Metabase).
Ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or basic causal inference is a plus.
