The role My client is looking for a
Founding Front End Engineer
who wants ownership, impact, and pace.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Takes deep pride in their craft
Is genuinely product-obsessed
Enjoys complexity and modern frontend technologies
Thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
Wants to help define both the product and the engineering culture
This is a build-from-the-ground-up role, not incremental feature work.
What you’ll do
Architect, design, and build high-performance React applications
Create intuitive, elegant, and visually engaging user interfaces
Collaborate closely with product and design to balance feasibility and aesthetics
Build reusable, scalable frontend components and libraries
Leverage AWS-managed services (e.g. S3, CloudFront, Cognito) for secure deployment
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
Own code quality through reviews and testing (unit, integration, E2E)
Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks
Apply frontend security best practices and industry standards
