Hotel maintenance supervisor

*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, and project management. *Duties* - Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians - Implement maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks - Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including high and low voltage components - Manage projects related to facility maintenance and upgrades - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory - Fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs *Qualifications* - Proficiency in logic controllers and industrial maintenance practices - Experience in maintenance management and project management - Strong electrical knowledge including high and low voltage systems - Previous experience in supervising maintenance staff - Ability to fabricate parts or components when necessary

Job Type: Full-time
