Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator role focuses on creating and leading design initiatives that capture the unique personality of our brand, CNA, to communicate our unique offering to some of the nation's largest brands.
A Marketing Coordinator within our CNA team ensures consistency across all internal and external design communications while honing both our division and brand personalities. From designing and proofing of all creative documents, sales presentations and event collateral, to managing our team's Wiki pages, the successful, error-free deployment of these initiatives for our multi-unit foodservice clients is crucial to measuring success in this role. This role combines aspects of design, content marketing, and project management to deliver creative solutions that impact our core partners and customers. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for clearly and accurately communicating brand messaging to our customers to enhance their overall user experience and engagement with CNA, reporting directly to the Director of Platform & Marketing. The perfect candidate for this role stays ahead of design trends and practices extreme attention to detail, ensuring accuracy when putting forth work to both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities

- Understand how to design content and materials that is relevant to engaging prospective, existing customers, and driving traffic to the company's website to boost sales.
- Meticulously proofreads all materials before sharing with internal and external clients, ensuring accuracy and diligence.
- Event support and design coordination with external CNA team members.
- Development and maintenance of new hire materials and Wiki pages.
- Utilize creativity to build custom presentations and one pages for both CNA's internal Partnership Development and Business Relations teams.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of CNA's Wiki for the greater CNA team.
- Maintain and innovate the CNA Merch shop for internal team needs.
- Assist the Platform team in the onboarding and post-launch maintenance processes, as needed. This includes but is not limited to: marketing elements such as banner ads and one pagers as client needs evolve; Coordination of all user information for email marketing campaigns; Participate in external client conversations to lend expertise, as opportunities arise.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Remote Work Qualifications
- Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
- Access to a home router and modem.
- A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
- A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
- The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
- Legal residents of one of the following states: (AK, AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY). H-1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available, W2 only.

- Strong design skills and creativity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated passion for design and marketing.

Education
This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.
Desired Traits & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related design courses/roles
- Some experience in copy editing and/or proofing desired
- Strong knowledge of and experience in Adobe Photoshop/suite of Products required
- Experience with WordPress content management systems desired
- Comfortability with email marketing programs such as MailChimp, etc.
