Construction Superintendent

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adhere to and enforce all OSHA, Company, and any other applicable safety requirements with subcontractors and employees
• Coordinating with building superintendent to ensure drywall installation aligns with overall project timelines and specifications
• Scheduling & coordinating subcontractors to ensure completion of designated projects in a timely manner and within budget
• Enforce quality standards for all drywall work performed, conduct inspections to ensure that drywall installation meets specifications and industry standards

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have 3+ years recent, verifiable experience in supervisory role for residential and/or commercial construction
• Drywall experience preferred
• Ability to coordinate and manage several projects simultaneously
• Experience with construction management software
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must hold a valid drivers license - company truck and gas card provided upon completion of trial period

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $80,000.00 per year
